About
Bis on Main was opened in Semptember 1998 by Joe Vilardi and Michel Fredj. Bis means ‘two, twice or another’ in French and Italian and seemed the natural choice for a Parisian and an Italian-American who had been friends for nearly 30 years. They are still best of friends, but one year after opening, Joe took full ownership of the restaurant.
Our dedication to quality and customer service have established Bis on Main as one of the Seattle area’s finest restaurants and a favorite of many of our city’s most notable personalities. Our dining room is perfect for any special occasion, business dinners or anytime you want a great meal. Our private dining room seats up to 40 people and the entire restauant is available for up to 130 guests. We offer a full premium bar and an award winning wine list with over 300 selections from California, the Northwest, Italy, France and South America.
